On June 25th, Flats The Nash celebrated its grand opening with an evening of luxury, fine dining, and vibrant entertainment. Guests gathered poolside under clear skies, enjoying a Mediterranean-themed ambiance.
An Evening to Remember By Livly Events powered by Circuit
Guests arrived to valet service by Ace and a champagne welcome from Snake Oil Cocktail. They strolled to the 7th-floor sky deck, where a breathtaking sunset set the mood for a glamorous evening. The main event, held poolside on the second floor and elegantly adorned with a balloon arch, featured four cabanas, each tantalizingly hosted by a different renowned chef.
Cabana 1: Baha Oyster Station
Drew M. Deckman (@bajafishingchef) and 31THIRTYONE by Deckman’s (@31thirtyonebydeckmans) offered fresh oysters.
Cabana 2: Beef Station
The Wise Ox (@thewiseoxsd) provided an array of premium beef dishes including grilled heritage pork sausages, curry sausage, and bacon bratwurst sausage, all accompanied by stone ground mustard and pickles.
Cabana 3: Mediterranean Station
Trust Restaurant (@trustrestaurantsd) featured Mediterranean Pasta (Rigatoni, Mediterranean olive mix, feta cheese, sun-dried tomato pesto, cucumbers, heirloom tomato).
Cabana 4: Dessert Station
Chef Jose Cedepa (@quixotemezcal) and The LaFayette Hotel (@thelafayette) presented exquisite treats such as Oaxacan flan with mezcal and ancient cacao soil, fritters of fried rice pudding with cajeta, and crab corn doughnuts topped with crab salad, caviar, and burnt chili aioli.
